الأونروا تنظم رحلات ترفيهية للأيتام في غزة

نفذت الأونروا في غزة ومن خلال برنامج الإغاثة والخدمات الإجتماعية رحلات ترفيهية من 7 حتى 14 أغسطس 2016 استهدفت الأيتام* وذلك كجزء من مشروع دعم أيتام صراع 2014 في غزة.
وقد شارك ما مجموعه 1000 يتيم وأمهاتهم من أنحاء القطاع في خمس رحلات ترفيهية. واستهدفت الرحلات دعم الأطفال إلى جانب الدعم المادي والملابس والتدريب المهني.
وتضمنت الرحلات التي عقدت في منتجع شارم بارك في المنطقة الوسطى عددا من الأنشطة مثل الألعاب وعروض المهرجين والدبكة ورواية القصص وغيرها من الأنشطة. وتأتي هذه الأنشطة الترفيهية ضمن "مشروع دعم أيتام صراع 2014" وقد بدأ المشروع بتمويل من الإغاثة الإسلامية الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية في 2015.

يقين أبو سعيد البالغة من العمر 12 عاما وتسكن في المنطقة الوسطى. شاركت مع شقيقيها في الرحلة الترفيهيه التي عقدت في شارم بارك. وقد فقدت يقين والدها خلال صراع 2014 العدائية بينما أصيبت هي ووالدتها بإصابات بالغة استغرت شهرين حتى شفيت وأصبحت قادرة على المشي. يقين مغرمة بالرسم والألوان" ساعدني الرسم على التعبير عن مشاعري وتفريغ كل الإنفعالات". قالت يقين. "المشاركة في مثل هذه الأنشطة يساعدني أيضا على تخفيف حزني".

فقدت رغد الجربة والتي تبلغ من العمر تسعة أعوام والدها في صراع 2014 في غزة. وشاركت مع شقيقتها ووالدتهما في الرحلة الترفيهية إلى شارم بارك. وقالت داليا الجربة والدة الطفلتان والتى رافقتهما في الرحلة: " أنا سعيده لمنح طفلتاي فرصة للعلب والمرح مع الأطفال، إنهما مستمتعتان".

بلال خليفة وشقيقتاه الصغيرتان فقدوا والدهم في صراع 2014 في غزة. وقد أصبح خجولا ومنعزلا ولكن والدته إيمان عملت جاهدة على تشجيعه للعب مع الأطفال الأخرين. " لاحظت أنه تغير كثيرا، لقد أندمج بالمجتمع أكثر" عقبت والدته. وقد أثر عليه فقدان والده كثيرا وهو ماعكسته شخصيته. "أنا سعيد لمشاركتي في هذه الرحلة" قال بلال.

شعر المهتدي المقادمة ذو التسع سنوات وأشقائه محمود ذو الثمان سنوات ونائل ذو السبع سنوات بسعادة غامرة عندما تلقوا دعوة للمشاركة في الرحلة الترفيهيه. استمتع الأطفال جميعهم وجربوا عددا من الألعاب. واستمتعوا تحديدا في مشاهدة عرض المهرج. " هذه المرة الأولى منذ وقت طويل التي أرى فيها السعادة في أعين أطفالي " عقبت والدتهم نجوى المقادمة. "مشاركة والدتي وأشقائي معي جعلتني سعيدا. أريد تجربة جميع الألعاب" قال المهتدي. "أحب أسرتي."
تقدم الأونروا اليوم برنامجا متكاملا للأطفال وأمهاتهم وتوفر نطاق واسع من الخدمات مثل جلسات التوعية حول الحقوق القانونية للأيتام والدعم النفسي والإستشارة الأكاديمية والإرشاد الوظيفي وكذلك الرحلات الترفيهية. وقد بدأ برنامج الأيتام في الأونروا في غزة عام 2008.
وبسبب الصراعات المسلحة المتكررة فإن عدد الأيتام في قطاع غزة إرتفع بشكل متزايد. وبحسب مسح حديث أجراه برنامج الإغاثة والخدمات الإجتماعية في الأونروا فإن صراع 2014 قد خلف 1,257 يتيما لاجئا في غزة. ويدعم برنامج الأيتام في الأونروا في غزة اليوم ما يزيد عن 7,981 يتيما.
• اليتيم في غزة هو من فقد أباه وهو أقل من 18 عاما.
معلومات عامة
تواجه الأونروا طلبا متزايدا على خدماتها بسبب زيادة عدد لاجئي فلسطين المسجلين ودرجة هشاشة الأوضاع التي يعيشونها وفقرهم المتفاقم. ويتم تمويل الأونروا بشكل كامل تقريبا من خلال التبرعات الطوعية فيما لم يقم الدعم المالي بمواكبة مستوى النمو في الاحتياجات. ونتيجة لذلك فإن الموازنة البرامجية للأونروا، والتي تعمل على دعم تقديم الخدمات الرئيسة، تعاني من عجز كبير يتوقع أن يصل في عام 2016 إلى 96.5 مليون دولار. وتدعو الأونروا كافة الدول الأعضاء بالعمل بشكل جماعي وببذل كافة الجهود الممكنة لتمويل موازنة الوكالة بالكامل. ويتم تمويل برامج الأونروا الطارئة والمشروعات الرئيسة، والتي تعاني أيضا من عجز كبير، عبر بوابات تمويل منفصلة.
تأسست الأونروا كوكالة تابعة للأمم المتحدة بقرار من الجمعية العامة في عام 1949، وتم تفويضها بتقديم المساعدة والحماية لحوالي خمسة ملايين لاجئ من فلسطين مسجلين لديها. وتقتضي مهمتها بتقديم المساعدة للاجئي فلسطين في الأردن ولبنان وسورية والضفة الغربية وقطاع غزة ليتمكنوا من تحقيق كامل إمكاناتهم في مجال التنمية البشرية وذلك إلى أن يتم التوصل لحل عادل ودائم لمحنتهم. وتشتمل خدمات الأونروا على التعليم والرعاية الصحية والإغاثة والخدمات الاجتماعية والبنية التحتية وتحسين المخيمات والإقراض الصغير.

UNRWA creates fun recreational trips for vulnerable children in Gaza

From 7 to 14 August 2016, UNRWA Gaza, through its Relief and Social Services Programme (RSSP) and as part of its intervention to support orphaned *children after the 2014 hostilities in Gaza, recreational trips were arranged.
A total of 1,000 vulnerable children and their mothers participated infiverecreational daysinthe Gaza Strip. Thesetrips aimed at providing support to the children, along with providing them with cash, clothes and vocational training.
The recreational trips to Sharm park resort in the Middle areaincluded a number of the activities suchas playing games, clown presentations, dabka dancing, storytelling and others.
The recreational activities are part of the activities implemented under the project "Intervention to support orphaned children afterthe 2014 hostilities" which started in 2015 and was funded by Islamic Relief USA.

Yaqeen Abu Saeed is twelve years old and lives in the middle area of Gaza. She participated with her two brothers in the recreational trip to Sharm park. Yaqeen lost her father during the summer 2014 hostilities in Gaza, while she was severely injured with her mother. It took her two months to recover physically and to be able to walk. Yaqeen is fascinated with drawing and colours: "Drawing helped me to express my feelings, and to release all the stress," she said. "Participating in such activities also helps me to alleviate my grief."

Raghad Al Jarba, nine years old, lost her father in the summer 2014 hostilities in Gaza. She, her sister Roaa, and their mother participated in the recreational trip in Sharm park "I am happy that my children are given the chance to play and have fun with other children, they enjoyed this," commented their mother Dalia Al Jarba, who accompanied them on the recreational trip.

Bilal Khalifa and his two little sisters lost their father in the summer 2014 hostilities in Gaza. He became shy and isolated, but his mother Eman Khalifa worked hard to encourage him to play with other children. "I noticed that he changed a lot, he became more sociable," his mother said. "I am happy to participate in the trip," Bilal said.

Al Mohtadi Al Maqadma is nine years old. He and his brothers Mahamoud, who is eight and Naeal, who is seven, felt very happy to receive the invitation to participate in the recreational trip. The children had fun and tried a number of games. They especially enjoyed watching the clown presentation. "For a long time, this is the first time to see the happiness in my children's eyes," their mother Najwa Al Maqadma said. "My brothers and mother playing with me makes me happy. I want to try all the games!" Al Mohtadi said. "I love my family."
Today, UNRWA offers a comprehensive protection programme for the children and their mothers and provides a wide range of services such as awareness sessions on the legal rights of vulnerable children, psychological support, academic consultation and career advice as well as recreational activities. The UNRWA Gaza orphan's project started in 2008.
Due to frequent armed conflicts, the number of vulnerable children in the Strip has steadily increased. According to a recent survey conducted by UNRWA RSSP, the summer 2014 conflict alone left an additional 1,257refugee children in Gaza as vulnerable children. Today, the UNRWA orphan sproject supports over 7,981vulnerable children.
*In Gaza a child is considered an orphan when without a father and less than 18 years old.

UNRWA is confronted with an increased demand for services resulting from a growth in the number of registered Palestine refugees, the extent of their vulnerability and their deepening poverty. UNRWA is funded almost entirely by voluntary contributions and financial support has been outpaced by the growth in needs. As a result, the UNRWA Programme Budget, which supports the delivery of core essential services, operates with a large shortfall, projected for 2016 to stand at US$ 96.5 million.
