Invitation on Launching the Modernization and Monitoring of the Sustainable Development Goals Indicators -2030 "SDGs".

The Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics (PCBS) would like to extend its greetings and appreciation of your efforts. Within the activities of the national team on leading and coordinating the national efforts for the execution of the UN agenda on SDGs, and in the context of the National Statistical Monitoring System to fulfill the integration of the sustainable development goals into the system; PCBS is pleased to invite you to Launch the process for the Modernization of the Sustainable Development Goals 2030, as well as monitoring the data provided in cooperation with the national stakeholders, as part of PCBS policy on the coordination and consultation with users and producers of official statistics.

The workshop aims to review the national efforts on the integration of the SDGs into the National Development Plan 2017-2022. Furthermore, it will be broaching PCBS conception of the means of implementation in addition to demonstrating the progress made on the international, regional and national levels including the PCBS assessment for the matrix of the SDGs indicators.

The workshop will take place on Monday, November 21^st , 2016 at 10:00 am in the Movenpick Hotel, Ramallah.
